The grounding of myself continues to move with me even at my desk. It seems a great place to continue the grounding of myself, as I am here at this computer quit a bit everyday.
I have yet to read where grounding is a bad thing to do. Yesterday thursday I made another grounding matt for under my desk as you can see in this picture. Don't focus on my feet. They are somewhat swollen from water retention and maybe to much salt in my diet. That is another issue I will be dealing with as I try to improve my health at age 68.
