Today was the second time I slept with my homemade earthing matt. I can say I only think there might be a difference in my right knee that has been swollen for some months now and it might be down some.
This morning I woke up before my alarm went off and this happens normally because of our builtin body clock most of us have, and have been using thoughtout our working lives. Even thought I set an alarm clock with my google mini, I seem to wake up still 3 to 5 minutes just before it goes off.
